Julie Chevalier, CPA, Tax Partner

Julie is responsible for ensuring that clients minimize tax obligations with cutting-edge solutions based upon proven effective and reliable tax expertise. Her skills are concentrated on state and local taxation (SALT), including: income, franchise, property, payroll and sales and use taxes. She is highly sought-after for her knowledge on issues related to: physical presence versus economic nexus; state apportionment; tax exposure in relation to FIN 48 financial reporting; and the tax implications of multi-state transactions, such as: mergers, acquisitions, expansions and relocations.

Daniel Stanhope, CPA, MSA, Partner

Dan leads high-energy engagement teams in providing assurance solutions to clients across a wide variety of privately-held commercial industries, including: Construction, Manufacturing & Distribution, Professional Services, Architecture & Engineering, and Insurance. Dan has extensive experience in the construction industry, providing solutions to general contractors and subcontractors from $500,000 to over $1B in annual volume, assisting them with profit improvement and tax saving strategies.

Matthew Troiano, CPA, Partner

Matt is a hands-on leader in the firm’s community and economic development practice, serving community development corporations (CDCs), affordable housing and mixed-use real estate projects, and their lending institutions. He advises these sophisticated nonprofits and their related for-profit limited partnerships, providing assurance solutions and assessing tax situations to help maximize profits while minimizing tax liability.

Charles Webb, CPA, Partner

Charlie specializes in providing assurance, tax planning and consulting solutions to sophisticated nonprofit organizations. He is a leader in serving the firm’s Healthcare clients, including: community health centers, home health agencies, nursing homes & senior care living organizations. Charlie is a dedicated and valued resource to clients, providing guidance in the areas of: accounting for complex debt financing, compliance with Federal and state regulatory requirements, healthcare industry benchmarking, and increasing operational efficiency while maintaining sound internal controls.

Matthew Boyle, MBA, Partner

Matthew Boyle brings strategic business insight to the AAFCPAs Partner team. He is recognized as an authority in the field of accounting marketing, and his expertise and cutting-edge thinking has been recognized nationally by industry leaders and business executives alike. Matthew has over 13 years of experience in leading high-energy teams, and transforming organizations to grow by institutionalizing disciplines that lead to excellent client service. He is a valuable member of AAFCPAs’ strategic management team, and continues in his capacity as Partner and Chief Marketing Officer enthusiastically championing the firm’s mission: to improve the economic well-being and quality of life for all AAF constituents.
