We are delighted to invite you to our in person IAPA EMEA ‘Get Together’ on Friday 10th June 2022 in Rome, Italy.
The event will be held at www.rome-apt.hilton.com which is located just a five-minute walk from Leonardo da Vinci International Airport https://goo.gl/maps/tPNofAXSqiBA18di8 The location of the hotel will enable those members who wish to ‘Fly in and Fly out’ on the same day the ability to do so.
Rome attractions like the Colosseum and St Peter’s Basilica are a 35-minute drive away.
The ‘Get Together’ will be held on Friday from 10am – 4:30pm and will be a mixture of discussions and networking amongst our members. There will also be a walking tour of Rome City Centre and an informal dinner arranged on the evening of Friday 10th June for those members who wish to extend their stay.
The ‘Get Together’ ‘Fly in and Fly out’ event, from 10am – 4:30pm will be free of charge. No cost to you!
A small contribution will be expected from those who wish to attend the evening walking tour and informal dinner.
Travel to and from the event and any overnight costs will be at the discretion of each member. Those that wish to stay overnight can book to stay at the Hilton Rome Airport Hotel www.rome-apt.hilton.com or at a hotel of their own choice. Each member is responsible for their own travel and hotel accommodation booking and costs.
