We are delighted to invite you to join us at the IAPA Global Conference 2025, taking place from 6th to 8th November 2025, hosted for the first time in Phuket, Thailand.
The conference will take place at the award-winning Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort, an upscale beach resort that will provide delegates and guests with the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure in the tropical paradise of Phuket. Escape into a world where the Andaman Sea meets 5-star facilities and the service is as warm as the Thai sun.

Conference
This year's Global Conference will be led by Martin Clapson - IAPA CEO and Tomasz Wiklinski - IAPA Chair, and will offer delegates a busy and engaging schedule of topical presentations from guest speakers and member firms. With spacious and calming conference facilities, delegates will feel refreshed and ready for lively discussion and conversation throughout the conference.

Dinners & Social Activities
The Pullman Panwar Beach Resort will play host to two of our Conference Dinners: Our Welcome Reception and Dinner, which takes place on Thursday, 6th November at the Tamarind Restaurant. Overlooking the Andaman Sea, delegates and guests will enjoy a sumptuous Thai Buffet from locally sourced ingredients, bold, fragrant, and creative.
Friday evening, 7th November, will bring delegates and guests together for an opportunity to unwind and relax at a private and exclusive Beachfront Seafood BBQ and International Cuisine Buffet at the Panwar Resort.
On Saturday, 8th November, delegates and guests will enjoy a day-long excursion aboard the Seanery Luxury Catamaran, cruising around Phang Nga Bay, taking in James Bond Island, Hong Island and caves, where Kayaks will be available to those who wish to show off their more adventurous side.
For those who wish to just sit, relax, and unwind, the Catamaran provides a perfect balance of sunshine and shade in which to sit, soak up the view, and enjoy the tasty and cool refreshments on board.

Registration is open until Tuesday, 23rd September, and as always, we encourage members to book as soon as possible, as there is a limited number of hotel rooms available, which have been secured and pre-paid at a heavily discounted rate, and are available on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
This year, members also have the opportunity to extend their stay, before and after the conference (subject to availability), so please ensure you register at the earliest opportunity.
