Thank you to all our members who attended our recent IAPA Tax Community webinar, held on 11th June.  Led by Jay Sanghrajka, the webinar addressed the topic of 'Corporate Residence' and the criteria that needs to be considered in a particular jurisdiction.  Areas of discussion included:

What are the implications of a company being resident in a particular jurisdiction. Domestic rules for residence of companies. Country practices - open discussion Application of double tax treaties Case Studies Tax cases on corporate residence.

While Jay Sanghrajka gave the group an in-depth presentation, we were delighted to have such positive input from our members who attended the webinar, including Daniele Camardella of Morri Rossetti who presented on Italy's 'Country Practices'.
