IAPA LATAM Regional Conference 2025

IAPA recently hosted the 2025 Latin America Conference in Lima, Peru, at the JW Marriott Hotel situated in the Miraflores region of the City, where members enjoyed the rich cultural history that can be found at the heart of Lima society.
Conference:
The conference was led by Martin Clapson - IAPA CEO, and Tomasz Wiklinski - IAPA Chair, supported by our host member firm Yacolca Perez & Asociados S. Civil de R.L. As a sign of the continual growth and strength of membership within the LATAM Region, members came together to share knowledge and discuss topics of regional and international importance across the two-day conference, welcoming guest speakers from the financial, governmental, and accounting sectors in Peru.
Bringing an additional layer of expertise, our guest speakers presented on various topics including "The Macroeconomic Situation in Peru", "Peru: Business Opportunities and Challenges", and "International Operations & Tax Risk".
Social Activities and Dinners:
When not at the conference, delegates were entertained with a visit to the historical Huaca Pucllana Restaurant situated in the ‘Valley of Lima’, a tour of the Pachacamac Sanctuary, and dinner at the ocean view Mangos Restaurant overlooking the Costa Verde.
