Speaker Bio:

CEO Mike Roe, is an experienced leader in both the public and private sector, with a reputation for building and leading high-performing teams. Mike has a passion to inspire and work with leaders to be the best they can be and has spent nearly 20 years coaching and mentoring CEOs and entrepreneurs.
Becoming CEO of Tensense in 2007, Mike oversaw the successful transition from its heritage as a leadership and mentoring consultancy to the leading-edge software company of today. Organisational Sensemaking™ is the science behind Tensense’s diagnostic tool which provides an essential software solution for CEOs to flourish, build great organisations and inspire others.

Mike Carter is the Chief Scientific Officer at Tensense and has extensive experience at senior leadership level in the private and public sectors. He is a specialist in the leadership of organisational change and holds a doctorate from the University of Bath. As a consultant, he has worked with organisations worldwide including ING Bank, The Foreign & Commonwealth Office, the NHS, EMI Music, Universal Music & Gillette.
Mike has conducted research in the area of Organisational Sensemaking™ since 1988 and was appointed a Fellow of the University of Bath in 2005 and the University of Exeter in 2008. Between 2014–2016 he led a UK government grant-aided research project with the University of Bath, the findings of which helped him create Tensense’s diagnostic tool.
