An event was hosted by Mr. Fazal Mahmood in February 2020. Mr. Fazal Mahmood FCA (England & Wales) is the official contact person for Institute of Chartered Accountant in England & Wales for North Region Pakistan.
The objective of the event was to update knowledge on the Listed Companies (Code of Corporate Governance) Regulations 2019, which set out the standards in relation to issues such as board composition and development, remuneration, accountability and audit, and relations with shareholders.
The event included a session by renowned speakers on Corporate Governance followed by a dinner.
The event was attended by Chartered Accountants serving in the most prestigious companies of Pakistan.
