Latitude Law, a Manchester-based legal practice specialising in UK-inbound immigration and citizenship work for corporate and private clients, has incorporated a Belgian subsidiary to better serve its growing EU client base.
The firm completed Belgian regulatory processes on the eve of the UK’s departure from the European Union, and its head of practice, Gary McIndoe, has become a registered foreign lawyer at the Brussels Francophone Bar.
Until now, businesses across Europe have not been required to engage with the UK’s immigration system. From January 2021, however, relocating EU staff into the UK, whether for temporary or permanent purposes, will in many cases require engagement with often complex rules.
Whether you or your clients wish to send staff on short-term business visits, limited or long-term contracts, Latitude’s expert team has the answers you need.
Contact Gary McIndoe for further details at gmcindoe@latitudelaw.com or on 0044 161 234 6800.
