Price Bailey Makes Best Employer Top Ten...again
Chartered accountant and business adviser Price Bailey has been named among the top ten best employers by the prestigious industry publication Accountancy Age. It is the third time in three years that the firm has made the top ten.
The top ten firms were chosen from employer and employee surveys, with the firms being judged on their working environment, training, remuneration and employee benefits packages. The highest-ranked practice will be revealed at the British Accountancy Awards on 29 November.
Price Bailey Managing Director Martin Clapson said: “To be in the top ten is a great endorsement. To be in the top ten for three consecutive years is fantastic recognition of the steps we’ve made and the reaction of the whole firm. We hope that this year we will walk away with the award.”
Price Bailey made history last year when it became the first professional services company to offer all of its 300 employees a stake in the firm through its All Employee Share Scheme. The scheme has so far paid three dividends with the share value going up year on year.
