Susanna Scapigliati, Certified Public Accountant, joins Morri Rossetti as ‘Of Counsel’. She will be responsible for all Transfer Pricing services of the Tax Advisory area led by Davide Rossetti, name partner of the Firm.
Scapigliati has gained a solid background in tax advice on transfer pricing throughout a career in which she has collaborated with major international tax firms.
Her entry represents a strengthening of Morri Rossetti’s international tax services to meet the growing demands of clients and international Professional Firms with which Morri Rossetti has constant relationships.
Ms. Scapigliati has extensive experience in the management and coordination of working teams for the realization of complex transfer pricing projects, dealing with all contractual and document issues, as well as also managing stages of litigation and the negotiation of International Rulings. Within the Transfer Pricing area, she will collaborate with Mr. Mario Buzzelli and in parallel, she will work with Federica Minio, an IP expert lawyer, with regard to issues related to Patent Box.
