Yapıncak is an international strategic marketer, a board-level customer champion, a digital transformation agent and an executive coach. She has conducted projects in 20+ countries (EMEA, USA, China) and her experience spans across a wide range of sectors such as Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Technology, Auto, Oil & Energy, Industrial Manufacturing & Hospitality. She brings strong stakeholder management skills linking customer centricity with employee engagement, working with family businesses as well as multicultural teams in matrix organizations.
Yapincak has worked in Unilever, Nestle and Colgate Palmolive in the early years of her career, followed by BP and HSBC, as the Head of Marketing, part of Country ExCo teams & European Marketing Leadership Teams. She has due diligence and Management Shareholder experience in the sale of Mey (now Diageo in Turkey) to a private equity firm for over a billion USD.
She has also served as a School Governor, as a Trustee of a healthcare charity and as a Board Apprentice on a FTSE 250, publicly listed company in financial services on The London Stock Exchange.
Yapincak studied business at Bosphorus University, Istanbul and completed an executive education program at Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.
