New Branch AAC ADVISORY LLC in Florida – Strategic Hub for Central America: AA&C recently opened a branch in Florida, which is not part of a broader expansion plan, but rather a strategic location to support existing and potential clients from Central America. This move responds to a tax strategy, as Chile currently lacks significant tax treaty advantages with several Central American jurisdictions. Having a legal entity based in the U.S. allows us to operate more efficiently and competitively in the region, while strengthening service delivery and enhancing regional connectivity.
Launch of the AA&C Academy – A Learning Bridge to Broader Opportunities: We are proud to announce the launch of the AA&C Academy, a training and development platform designed to boost technical capabilities not only in internal audit, risk advisory, accounting, and business analytics, but also in complementary areas aligned with market demands. In addition, the Academy will serve as a vehicle to introduce training programs beyond our core expertise, to engage potential new clients through added-value educational offerings.
International Advisory and Transaction Support – Tax, Reorganizations & Due Diligence: AA&C has been actively involved in cross-border advisory projects for SMEs, including international tax planning, corporate reorganizations, and M&A support. Our work has focused on transactions between Chile, Australia, and Colombia, where we provide integrated solutions for clients navigating different legal and tax systems. In parallel, we continue to deliver financial, tax and accounting due diligence services for both buy-side and sell-side engagements, supporting clients throughout the full transaction cycle with practical insights and regional expertise.
External Audit Engagement – Vestas: We have successfully renewed our external audit contract with Vestas, a global leader in the renewable energy industry. This continued relationship underscores the confidence placed in our firm and reinforces our reputation in the energy sector.
Participation in the LATAM Technology and AI Committee: AA&C is actively involved in the newly formed LATAM Technology and Artificial Intelligence Committee, with two of our professionals contributing as members. In addition to this, we recently organized a hands-on workshop on emerging technologies for members of associated firms across Latin America, achieving 45 active participants. We believe these collaborative efforts help strengthen innovation and digital capacity across the region.
Participation in the IFRS Webinar: We also took part in the recent IFRS webinar organized by IAPA LATAM, which saw record attendance with over 480 registrations and 264 active participants. Our partner Jonás Pérez represented AA&C in this important technical event, sharing valuable insights with the regional community.
