Morri Rossetti announces the arrival of Mr. Giuseppe Francesco Bonacci as Of Counsel - Head of the Product Liability Department- of the Firm. Mr. Bonacci is a recognized expert in international corporate litigation and product liability in foreign markets - more specifically in North America and Asia. He joins the Firm with Mr. Edoardo Tosetto, Senior Associate, and Mr. Stephan Daniel Cascone, Junior Associate.
Mr. Bonacci and his team’s entry is part of the Firm's multi-specialized positioning strategy and related strengthening of services in the areas of commercial and corporate law – with the aim of presiding over a particularly delicate sector in the internalization process of Italian companies.
Mr. Bonacci worked in leading Italian and international firms and has over ten years of experience in product liability matters, with specific reference to complex markets such as the USA, Canada, and Mexico - in particular providing advice on drafting all documentation and corporate compliance requirements.
He has also successfully dealt with significant corporate litigation concerning large-scale distribution as well as the liability of the management bodies of leading industrial and insurance groups.
