Andrea Bernasconi joins Morri Rossetti as Managing Counsel.
Morri Rossetti has strengthened their Corporate M&A Team with new team member, Andrea Bernasconi as Managing Counsel. The team is further supported with Edoardo Pollara Tinaglia, Senior Associate, and Dario Mascetti, Junior Associate, joining the firm.
Specialized in commercial and corporate law, Andrea mainly deals with assistance in extraordinary transactions, contracts and management of corporate and corporate governance issues.
Over the years, Andrea has also developed and managed growing business relationships with China on behalf of leading Italian groups.
His entry is part of the firm's strategic development plan, which sees the strengthening of international relations as a priority asset; his significant expertise in cross-border mandates and in particular with the Far East will be functional for the management of institutional relations with foreign law firms belonging to the various networks to which the Firm belongs.
